 I have taught children, beginners, therapeutic, yoga on stand up paddle boards, flow, restorative, yin, privates and groups. All classes will be custom designed for YOU!

Yoga can be in the convenience of your own home, or mine. Arrangements could also be made to have private or group sessions set up at your work place.

I will tailor each class to work on your needs and requests. From absolute beginners to experienced practitioners, the benefits of private lessons can make you fall in love with yoga for the first time, or all over again.
